🛡️ Safe and Responsible Gaming

mac777's commitment to responsible gaming

mac777 believes that entertainment and safety go hand in hand. Our responsible gaming policy ensures the protection of every player.

Why responsible gaming matters

mac777 is a trusted name in Bangladesh's online gaming world. We believe that online casino and betting should be enjoyed purely for entertainment. However, when gaming becomes a source of problems rather than enjoyment, following responsible gaming principles becomes essential.

Our platform offers a number of effective tools and features for responsible gaming that keep you protected. From setting deposit limits to self-exclusion — mac777 is always by your side.

Remember, online betting and casino games are an adult form of entertainment. To open an account and play at mac777, you must be 21 years of age or older. This rule is non-negotiable and we enforce it strictly.

Our protective tools

mac777 provides these tools to keep you safe

Deposit Limit

Set how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour wait, but lowering it is immediate.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a break for a while, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. Logging in or making deposits is not possible during this time.

Self-Exclusion

If you find it difficult to control your gaming, choose a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Options are available to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Reopening the account is not possible during self-exclusion.

Gaming History Review

View the complete history of all your deposits, withdrawals, and betting transactions. Track your spending and time, and decide to change your behaviour if needed.

Reality Check Reminder

You will receive reminders at set intervals showing how long you have been playing. This helps keep you aware and alerts you about spending too much time.

24/7 Support Service

If you have any questions or need help with responsible gaming, our Bengali-speaking live chat support team is always ready. Contact us any time, day or night.

21+

For players aged 21 and over only

To join mac777 and play any game, you must be 21 years of age or older. Age is verified during registration and identity documents may be requested at any time. Minors are not permitted to open an account and this is one of our strictest policies. If anyone you know is under age, do not allow them to access this platform.

Warning signs of problem gambling

If you notice these signs, seek help immediately

⚠️
Spending beyond your budget

If you are spending more than your set budget, or playing with money set aside for rent, bills, or family expenses.

⚠️
Chasing losses

Placing larger bets to try to win back lost money — this is a key sign of problem gambling.

⚠️
Hiding it from family and friends

If you are keeping your gaming habits secret from your family or the people closest to you.

⚠️
Losing focus on other responsibilities

Prioritising gaming over work, studies, or family responsibilities.

⚠️
Gambling with borrowed money

Gambling using money borrowed from friends, family, or lenders.

⚠️
Unable to stop

Repeatedly returning to gaming despite trying to stop and being unable to control yourself.

Healthy habits for responsible gaming

  • 01 Set a fixed budget before you play and stay within that limit. Never go beyond your budget and do not place extra bets to chase losses.
  • 02 Set a time limit. Decide in advance how long you will play and stop when the time is up. Use the reminder feature.
  • 03 Think of gaming as entertainment, not a source of income. Winning is not guaranteed and losing is normal — keep that in mind when you play.
  • 04 Do not play when you are under stress, feeling low, or angry. When you are not in a good mental state, gaming decisions are not sound.
  • 05 Do not play under the influence of alcohol or anything else. Make gaming decisions with a clear head and in a fully alert state.
  • 06 Take regular breaks. Instead of playing for long stretches at a time, take breaks in between and spend time on other activities.
  • 07 Spend time with family and friends. Keep your social relationships healthy and pay attention to other areas of your life as well.

Questions and answers about responsible gaming

Log in to your account, go to the "Account Settings" section, and click on the "Responsible Gaming" option. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period. If you have any trouble, contact our live chat support.

mac777 offers several self-exclusion options: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, it is not possible to reopen the account before the set period ends. In the case of permanent self-exclusion, the account is closed forever.

A time-out is a temporary break that can last from 1 day to 6 weeks. Once the set period ends, you can automatically play again. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure — from 6 months to permanent — used for serious problems. The account cannot be reopened while self-exclusion is active.

mac777 collects your date of birth during registration. A copy of your national ID card or passport may also be requested at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If anyone under 21 opens an account, it is cancelled immediately and any deposited funds are returned.

First, contact mac777's 24/7 live chat support or send an email to [email protected]. Our responsible gaming specialists will help you use the right tools — deposit limits, time-out, or self-exclusion. If the situation feels serious, talk directly to a family member or a trusted friend.

You can withdraw any balance in your account before requesting self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, it is not possible to access the account or make withdrawals. Contact the support team in advance for more details.
